All event orders processed by the Site are final. If a refund is granted after purchase (for example, as an exception), it may be subject to a processing fee of 20% of the total order amount to cover card services and logistics fees that are not refunded to us, where permitted by law. Store credit, when offered, is typically at 100% of the order value.
Rude, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from an event. In such circumstances, paid fees may be forfeited where permitted by law.
You may submit reviews, comments, and other content (“User Content”) as long as it is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise harmful, and does not contain malware, spam, or commercial solicitation.
By submitting User Content, you grant BoardGamesNMore Inc. a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.
