Delivery

• Delivery is usually schedule on Saturdays between 9am – 2pm.
• Weekday delivery exceptions based on zones is possible.
• You will be contacted by SMS/Text on the number that is on your order.
• You can also contact us directly via SMS/Text at 450-801-2466

Local Pickup and Drop-Off Policy

Customers will be contacted via email when your pre-order or order is ready for pickup. All details for the pickup will be provided in the email, you can arrange pickup time and location via SMS/Text to 450-801-2466.

All items ordered online for local pickup require the buyer to present a valid photo ID at the time of pickup and must match the name on the order.  No one else may be sent to pick up the order without notifying us by email or SMS/Text. There are no exceptions.

All items must be picked up within 5 business days (This is very flexible). We reserve the right to cancel and refund (See Refunding policy) any orders. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities (Specifically for TCG due to availability and allocations of the products to be fair to everyone)

• Free delivery over $175 after any discounts, before taxes and shipping charges in Montreal, Laval, Brossard and Vaudreuil.
• There will be charge of $15.99 if your order is less than $175 for these pick-up locations.
• We can arrange for pick-up for the below locations to help save shipping charges for other surrounding areas but minimum fees on order applies as above. Please contact us at shipping@boardgamesnmore.com or Text us at 450-801-2466 once you have received an email confirmation of order ready.
• Deliveries are usually schedule for Saturday at 9am to Noon.

Pickup locations except for Pierrefonds (Which is always FREE) require minimum orders  of $175 as stated above or delivery fee applies.

• Pick-up location Brossard: Near Rome and Taschereau (Map)
• Pick-up location Laval: Laval-MegaCentre (Map)
• Pick-up location Vaudreuil: Boulevard de la Gare parking lot Walmart (Map)

Free Pickup Locations

• Pick-up at the purchase location (Pierrefonds, Montreal) is always Free. Additional details shall be provide in the pick ready email sent to you.
