Local Pickup and Drop-Off Policy

Customers will be contacted via email when your pre-order or order is ready for pickup. All details for the pickup will be provided in the email, you can arrange pickup time and location via SMS/Text to 450-801-2466.

All items ordered online for local pickup require the buyer to present a valid photo ID at the time of pickup and must match the name on the order.  No one else may be sent to pick up the order without notifying us by email or SMS/Text. There are no exceptions.

All items must be picked up within 5 business days (This is very flexible). We reserve the right to cancel and refund (See Refunding policy) any orders. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities (Specifically for TCG due to availability and allocations of the products to be fair to everyone)
