Delivery

• Delivery schedule is usually on Saturdays of each week. Weekday exceptions based on zones.
• You will be contacted of the delivery by SMS on the number that is attached to your order.

Local Pickup and Drop-Off Policy

Customers will be contacted via email when your pre-order has arrived. All items ordered online for local pickup require the buyer to present valid photo ID at the time of pickup and must match the name on the order.  No one else may be sent to pick up the order without notifying by email. There are no exceptions. Items must be picked up within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund (See Refunding policy) any orders not picked up within that time frame. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities. 

• Free delivery over $150 after any discounts, before taxes and shipping charges in Montreal, Laval, Brossard and Vaudreuil.
• We can arrange for pick-up for the above locations to help save shipping charges for other surrounding areas. Please contact us at shipping@boardgamesnmore.com. There will be charge of $14.99 if order is less than $150 for these pick-up locations. Delivery at above locations are usually schedule for Saturday at noon.
• Pick-up location Brossard: Near Rome and Taschereau (Map)
• Pick-up location Laval: Laval-MegaCentre (Map)
• Pick-up location Vaudreuil: Boulevard de la Gare parking lot Walmart (Map)
• Pick-up at the purchase location (Pierrefonds, Montreal) is always Free.
