BGNMCash is the BoardGamesNMore rewards program for customers who want more value from every order. Current Rewards points have been converted into BGNMCash at 40 Rewards = $1 with a 4-month expiry. New BGNMCash is earned at 5% of the eligible order subtotal only, excluding shipping and other charges, and becomes available after the order is marked Completed. If you already have available BGNMCash, it is automatically applied at checkout on eligible orders.
How BGNMCash Rewards Work
The program is designed to be simple: sign in, shop, earn, and use rewards later on a future eligible order.
Sign in to your account
You should be logged in to your BoardGamesNMore account so BGNMCash can be tracked properly on eligible orders.
Shop eligible products
When a qualifying purchase is placed, BGNMCash is calculated at 5% of the eligible order subtotal only. Shipping and other charges are not included in the calculation.
Rewards are added after completion
BGNMCash is added only after an order has been marked Completed. This helps prevent rewards from being granted on cancelled, refunded, credited, or unfulfilled purchases.
Redeem on a future eligible order
If you have available BGNMCash on your account, it is automatically applied at checkout on eligible orders. You do not need to enable it manually. For each order, up to 50% of your current available BGNMCash balance may be used, subject to exclusions, promotional limits, minimums, and expiry rules.

BoardGamesNMore may notify customers by SMS and email when BGNMCash is about to expire. These notifications are a courtesy and do not change the posted expiry deadline.
No extensions
Clients are responsible for using BGNMCash before the applicable deadline. Because expiry is handled automatically by the system, no extensions or reinstatements will be granted.
Exclusions
Certain items, services, special orders, preorders, gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, other charges, and promotional items may be excluded from earning or redemption.
Program changes
BoardGamesNMore reserves the right to change conversion ratios, earn rates, redemption ratios, expiry periods, eligibility rules, notification practices, and promotional conditions at any time without notice.
